WHY US?
Each of us makes a lot of decisions everyday and we believe that you are the only one that can decide for yourself. We have noticed that there are two different types of people:
- The ones who choose how fashionable does the bag look
- And the ones who choose how comfortable the bag is
So we created bags that can fit in both categories despite the big stereotypical differences.


Why BLERA?
How you ever asked why exactly brand has that name? Most of the time it has some meaning. And our brand’s name does too.
The idea of making comfortable & fashionable bags for you, customers, has been in our minds since a long time ago, but THE push was our beautiful and unforgettable dog, her name was Blera. We would say that this brand exists because of her and together with her you all are the ones who can motivate us to continue this work.
Some people might know the name Blera, because of the village in Italy, and we would like to say that in memory of our angel we indeed not only opened a shop, but visited the village too, it was truly beautiful and calm like Blera.

We deliver to all countries
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed very soon after they have been placed. We will try our best to help, but if the item has been personalised or dispatched we will not be able to cancel the order.
How long will my order take?
Our delivery varies on the item. We use two couriers DPD & Royal Mail. Your delivery ETA and courier is provided when you check out. Please refer to your order confirmation for your delivery ETA & courier.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery of goods depends on your location. if you ordered a product worth more than 60 pounds, then delivery will be free for you
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I return my order?
Take To Store
Please take your returns to our Dzirkaļu iela 44, Rīga, LV-1057 along with your order confirmation.
By Courier
Please call our customer care line on +440 759 446 7913 or email info@blera.eu to arrange a DPD collection. This comes with a £15 Fee that we deduct from your refund.
DPD collections – you will need to be present between 9-5pm to hand over the goods to the driver (you do not get an allotted time).
Your own method of return
You can return your parcel using your own method of return. Return to be paid by the customer. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them here so please use recorded postage and package them carefully.
Please email us to confirm our returns address, as our store store is closed, we are currently using an alternative address.
How long do I have for full refund?
Goods must be returned within 28 days for refund or exchange (from receipt of goods) in their original condition and unused after this we reserve the right to accept a refund or exchange.
When will I be refunded?
As soon as we’ve received your returns your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days. You’ll be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Can I return a personalised item?
No, Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
